Christmas Jelly

Last year for the teachers at Emily's middle school and the boys elementary I made everyone homemade jelly. I was going to do something different this year but after much thought decided to do "Christmas Jelly" again.



Homemade jelly and jam really is a labor of love. Batches have to be done one at a time which makes about six jars. I had 36 to do and I wanted each one to be perfect. I am thankful for all the teacher who help educate my children, hopefully they know that!
