We got there early and purchased the always necessary foam fingers.
Which Niles put to good use even before the game started.. If bubbles really floated above peoples head quoting what they were thinking Niles would have read..."Hey look at me, not only am I number one BUT I also have a foam finger! I can't get any cooler."
Although the game got off to a slow start...these guys helped entertain the crowd. The Dog is the Sun's mascot..I am not sure who the lizard guy was or why he was there....the two played a game of horse shoes with toilet seats. Please excuse the mesh..somewhat annoying for pictures but I was thankful it was there during the numerous foul balls.
Even Emily had a good time!!!
After the game the announcer called all the kids under 14 down to the field to run the bases. It was a little like where's waldo looking for the boys....
...in all of this..There must have been 150 kids out there.
Finally our boys were up..in order, Paul, Sadarrin, Malcolm, Niles. You can see Paul and Niles are getting serious by turning their hats around.
Paul took off like a mad man..

Malcolm is coming around second to catch up with Sadarrin..and to not be out done by Paul...

The Suns lost by one point. Even so, a great day was had by all!

We were going to go but decided on yard work instead. It's funny the boy behind Niles in line to run the bases is Cody's long time friend from baseball and he is also your neighbor.
