Graham Cracker workout...

I've been trying to do this for awhile and decided I would procrastinate no more, today was the day. I guess it was meant to be, when I went to the cupboard I had all the ingredients! I only seconded guessed the 'meant to be' part after the mixing..that was relatively easy.

I divided it into four balls to be rolled out. That's were the second guessing came in. The dough is about the texture of pie crust only not quite as moist. I ended up adding a couple of teaspoons of water, then rolling it out, transferring it to the baking sheet, rolling it again... in the pan, mending the cracks...
Then cutting it into crackers and poking organized fork holes. This process made me sweat. To the point that I had to go outside. It counted as my arm workout. Or maybe I am getting old and having heat flashes. It's possible, I'm am in my late thirties as my BFF so happily reminds me.

The two sheets baked for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. The final result was not bad. Next time I will add more sugar or honey and make them half as thick.

So if you are looking for a health treat and an arm workout all in one..this is the recipe for you.
