Frosty Footballs

When I discovered it was frosty out while taking the dog out I argued with myself that it was far to chilly to be walking around outside taking pictures this early in the morning...I lost.
February is usually a pretty nasty month weather wise in sunny FLA but we do have a couple of consolation prizes like the amazing color of this tree.


Speaking of amazing, isn't it amazing what a little frost will do for a thistle?


Frosted or not, I am glad this little thing is in our neighbor's yard, not ours.
These are my rose bush leaves...Please survive...I love your orange-ish peachy blooms!

With kids ya just never know what's going to be left outside..oh well, made for a good picture..
